Well, it's not too often I write in to say that fishing was aweful but the best
I've seen in a long time. My trip with Walsh's out of Lynn was just that. The
boat did very well with one haddock at 36" and a bruiser cod at 43 pounds. The
rest of the fish were cod between 5 and 12 lbs. Hardly a sour face except for
two people.
Unfortunatley I got skunked, I mean real bad. I couldn't buy a hit out there to
save my life. Everything was the same only the location on the boat was
different. Jigs, with and without teasers, bait, you name it, I tried it but
was ignored. Just not my day I guess.
The crew was great and the captian did his part to get on the fish. I'll be
back out with this boat that's for sure. This is a real fishermans party boat
and I've been on a few to know. Leave your skirt at home!
