that worked very well this late season in the weather.

When you are dealing with high winds trying to get a plug out it can be frustrating let alone working it.

Two that have worked well for me this fall are...

PT Judes Tins, in particular the Wobble eel grub tail in black. This thing is the B's knees. Also the butterfish looking thing.

Habs white pencil with the dreamy red eyes. This thing is the most well balanced lure I have ever used from casting to working.

IMO you guy's nailed it solid. Good job and I need more big grub tails...

PJ Joe how's about a little heaver wobbler????

Thanks for the good review :thanks: The large butterfish does cast a mile and has a nice wobble on the retrieve. (actually they all have a nice wobble action).I don't have anything heavier than the 1 1/4 oz. Wobble Head ,for the grubs or rigged dead eel, that was featured in the Sept 1 Fisherman Magazine article by Zach Harvey ,but.... you would probably like the 3 oz. 12 in. Wobble Head Tube , it has extremely lifelike eel action . Both tubes (1.5 and 3 oz. ) have multiple 30 lb stripers to their credit this season.

I lost a slob on a habs during the slop last week. In my opinion the habs is perfect for rough water. NICE WORK

I'm kinda partial to the Po-Jee.I've caught a ton of fish on it.
