Viking - you use this as a beach buggy in the true sense of the word, right? For places that require the self contained campers?

As far as I know , an outside shower does not mean its not self contained. You have to take a dump so they got you there but you don't need a shower when fishing :) so I don't think its a problem. They may say you can'y use it but I don't see why there would be a requirement.

You could find out what's Ok in RI by calling Burlingame Park. They handle the sites in Ninigret and those require self cantained vehicles. I can't help you for MA.

Sory it took so long to get back to you.The camper qualifies as self contained. There a few beaches that allow only self contained an I have no problems I guess RI is strict, most Long Island beaches that I fishmostly require the basic,"must haves".For some reason I cant download pics but Northstar campers has a good website. The model number is TC800 for full size trucks.Any questions email me at hagar59@aol.com
