Mind you its not quite done yet...gotta add some ornamental wood work like the dentil in front on the floor......it really jumps to life when I put this stuff up under the mantle top......it took the better part of 2 days to mock up a matle from scratch and measure and do a few drawings but it came out just perfect......I will finish trimming it out Friday then prime and paint! Finished pics later! :cool:

Its going to be painted white along with all the base moldings...then that wall will be a light, kind of washed out green and the rest of the room will be a sand color!

Lots of nice things you can do Larry. I made all trim and moldings on the router. Just make sure you have 18" of clearance around the fire box.
Here is one I did at the house.
