I have two task bars one up top and one at the bottom how do I remove the bottom one its blank everytime I do something with it the computer freezes up any ideas.

GENERALLY ARE ACCESSed WHEN YOU RIGHT CLICK inside the border
or gray area and then close out/ delete that task bar.
