That's a good question. If they can take them, the law will not let them sell them in this state anyway. Because it will be illegal for anyone else to possess them.

But I think something was mentioned at the last MSBA meeting about a few acceptions for Indians!!!

As I see it they can fish for them on there own land as long as they don't use them any where else other than there land. Meaning they have to be caught and used on Indian land.
