I believe it is one of the best researched and best written articles
I have read. I don't know if Mike Plaia is a professional writer or
Marine scientist but he has certainly done an excellent job of
getting the facts together and presenting them in a logical and
readable form. I would suggest every striper nut read and re-read
the article. We should be proud to have a guy like Mike on our side.
And we have to get our act together on this one.

Actually some friends do the Pike thing here in soco, I may join for a day just to see what the fuss is all about!

I just got my copy today. FWIW I think Gene did a great job on editing the manuscript I sent him.

I always seem to get my copy a week after everyone else. When it does come I can't wait to check out that article. Even reading Mako Mikes posts you get the impression the guy knows what hes talking about.
