Sweetwater 01-25-2006, 05:32 PM Not too far from Franklin is also Mirimachi (Plainville) and Neponset Resevoir (Foxboro).... Mirimachi is definitely canoe/cartopper only. Also, I think the marina on the Neponset Res (Heaton's) is closed, but you can canoe/kayak/cartop at the conservation land next to the marina.
