The old Russian way: Cuffed hands behind in a chair, back to the door. The door opens, you get a slug in the hat, they rinse the debris down the drain beneath the chair. Finished business.

I can't venture a guess why a guy like that kept getting off when it was obvious he's got a problem, but what is more disturbing is stuff like this always happened somewhere else and you'd say, "Oh that's too bad. Glad it's not here." Now it happens close to home, less than 30 miles from your house and you have to start thinking about how you protect your family. Is the earth getting smaller or as a society are we just breeding more and more brutally sick individuals?
