Whassupp? How you doin MikeF, long time no speak. Did he get some people cranked up on reel-time? I'll have to find out <img src="/Images/Wink.gif"><!--e3-->... Seriously, I know nothing about it.

Should be seeing you soon down the canal, few more weeks!

Hi John,
This cold, lousy weather seems to be delaying things a bit. I haven't been to the Canal herring run recently, but a week or so ago there weren't any.
By this time last year there was good consistent fishing in the area.
Obviously they don't know Bill on RT. Posting the URL was minor. Might as well get all the info you can.
Good luck with the early fishing in RI and see you in a while at the Canal.

MikeF, things definitely starting slower than the last few years... Worked Wareham and Mashpee a few days ago with no results (other than a possible cold). Plenty of herring observed in the runs - Very good sign! Going to Rhody shortly, marginal conditions, lousy wind - but we'll see...

See you in May down the Canal...
