jkswimmer 03-04-2006, 04:34 PM What are the true dimentions on that lure?
eastendlu 03-04-2006, 04:34 PM :),
Tagger 03-04-2006, 05:50 PM Lou ... do i see one plug arse weighted horizontaly and the other arse weighted verticaly ?
eastendlu 03-04-2006, 06:54 PM Same plug has weight going both ways one going vertical and one going horizontal.
eastendlu 03-04-2006, 09:02 PM As for the dimensions they are like the frech articles only diffrence i see in the one george made (George you are soooooo close on this its amazing)and the frech one is that George went to the smaller width he should go with the wider one on top also the back belly hook should go back another 1/2 inch or so i'll measure it exact tommorow with a vernier caliper. As for the float test he nailed it floated the same.I'll look at them again tommorow and see if i can pick up anything else i'll also do a weight comparison.
numbskull 03-04-2006, 09:36 PM BINGO! I can't tell you how much this helps me, Lu. Thanks. I think my plug will be about 1/2 oz less, it has less wood and less lead. Could you also either post a picture of the original's nose, or check that I've got the line tie at the right height. Oh boy, am I happy. I'll have to send you a plug, you can have the one I was saving for Tagger.:laugha:
Backbeach Jake 03-04-2006, 10:44 PM Dammit! I still haven't got a decent Roman turned yet and now you guys do THIS to me!:rotfl:
