Usually a couple screws and a bunch of plastic clips. If manual windows, there is usually a clip behind the crank handle, got a trick to get them off.

You might need a special tool to get that clip behind the handle...

There is a few tools needed,
but if you have manual windown (no power) there is a small horseshoe clip that attaches it to the window regulator shaft
Behind the handle is a black plastic washer, use a very small screw driver and try to get at clip behind plastic washer,
be carefull the clip will go flying !
There will be a few screws holding the armrest on and depending on the year of youe s10, after removing screws push the armrest eith foreward or backwards and it may come off exposing 2 more screws holding the door panel to the door.
The interior panel is held to the door with plastic clips,
normally we use a fork tool plying behind them from the dooe working all around the door.
Hope this helps, it would normally take me far less time to remove the panel than it took me to type this reply!

Raider Ronnie, my Dad always called that clip, the Jesus clip.
I asked him why?, He said, once it goes flying, (and they usually do), only Jesus knows where it went.

Most auto parts store have an inexpensive clip remover tool.
