View Full Version : Rhody surfcasters Spare Spool 04-09-2002, 12:20 PM I read somewhere recently (my memory might not be entirely accurate) that Rhody surfcasters are so secretive and known for being so tight lipped, that two Rhody fishermen were once chosen to hold the winning envelopes for the Academy Awards. Rhode Island has 384 miles of coastline, Based on square milage and total area (AnthonyN and Scotch Bonnet are right on on that one), has the most coastline. The coastline of Maine is the most beautiful cruising grounds in the world (IMHO) the great majority of which cannot be reached or even seen by car.
