Amazing how fast the procedures are and the quick recovery period these days. I went in at 9am and was back home on the couch by 11:15. I was back working out/lifting weights 14 days later! Doc. stuck me with 3 cortizone shots in each arm over last 4 or 5 months, worked on right arm but not left.
