I just got off the phone with Kevin Twombly. We had a very good conversation. He apologized to me personally and I accepted that apology. I realize that he probably had the customers from hell. I felt that his apology was genuine. Apparently he is still trying to resolve some issues that were created by these particular customers.
I will not answer any flames from this post. I just wanted to let everyone know that I consider the issue closed to MY satisfaction
