If any thing, with the up graded ISDS the water will be much cleaner than with the current system. most likely dumping the same amout of waste water if not more. The hieght may be a little excesive but the parking in the fall is a none issue. Most of the condo or time share owner will only be there in July and August, most of the heavy fishing done on that strech is Sept. Oct. when there is parking out the wazzu. Springtides 03-22-2006, 02:54 PM I'll be honest with you. These RISC folks bother me. They are just mad because it blocks their view. I've been told they started as of a lot of out of towners (Conn and NY) who bought up much of RI vacation property and want control of the RI shoreline. ETC. They have since expanded their group to include Rhode Islanders. I don't like what has happened to access in Conneticut and don't want to see it happen in RI. We are working had to preserve our access on many different fronts. I can agree with them on some of their issues like LNG but watch out when it comes to access. Shoreline people generally don't want to share it. They also want to be able to vote in two states. RI being one of them????????????
