Was looking for com lic. for tog in the mass.marine fisheries,, tautog was not there. Is that fishery closed for 06'?
I read the new reg's start jan 1, 06... posted by John didn't mention anything.

I think Tog are covered by the standard comm lic. and don't need a special endorsement like SB or Fluke do. The DMF web page on regulations seems to be down at the moment. I have not heard of any changes (for tog) from last year. (but there could be). Keep an eye on http://www.mass.gov/dfwele/dmf/commercialfishing/regulations.htm
