A small blurb on page 31, Boston Herald, first page of the business news stated, "Congressional negotiators were considering a measure that would give Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney more latitude to outright kill the controversial windmill project off of Cape Cod, according to backers of the Cape Wind plan".
In a republican congress this measure might come to fruition otherwise it might be meaningless considering Mass is overwhelmingly democrat. Mitt must be trying to rest control of the project away from the Cashman Company, and their backers, who recently announced they were the major figure in constructing all the windmills, and the principals are major players in the democratic party.
