I throw this out as something that the board might consider.

Given the state of the economy, the number of people out of work, and the varied occupations of the fine members I have met here at S-B, is there time or room to set up a forum where members might share/swap resumes and/or employment opportunities?

It is the opinion of many that I have spoken with that jobs are to be best found, currently anyway, through networking and contacts, and not via web postings.

well i second that idea..... i have always wanted to maybe trade my fiberglassin finish carpentry skills -ie workin on boats repairs ect
for fishin trips on a boat... I am into networking, all operating systems.... and am a total geek now but im the most geeked out about fishing.... we can summon the power we have
as a group and be bigger than walmart!!! YAYYYYY :o):p
