Went to Wareham today with my wife, stopped in to see Mike. Thanks for the spot, it was the ticket. We went on a search for womens waiders after leaving Mikes, got some, and hit the spot Mike told us about. My wife got 2 on the rod I bought from Salt heart. She likes that rod, and now she wants it, or one like it. I got one, all three fish were schoolies. There were a couple of guys anchored up and fishing chunks, they got a keeper, and one guy on shore near us got a schoolie. The fly guys were having a hard time with the wind./ All in all it was good, and I expect to be heading back down tommorow. Pics to follow later.

Specialist,

Good going...nice to see you sharing the fun with your wife.

You know how this is going to end up don't you? You'll be posting a picture of her 50 pound cow...wives seem to have a nack for doing that. ;)

I know how it is going to end up, she will be keeping that Lami in her hand , because it is so light. I will be back to the Ugly stick.
I could not pry it out of her hand yesterday. She had fun though and that is all that counts.

Hey you stay out of that mud hole thats for fishermen from Wareham and south. Glad to see someone in the family can catch fish.;) Wish my wife liked to fish but she does like to go for the boat ride as I fish so that can be just as good, she can run the boat as I catch the 50#.

Nice going Specialist and Mrs. Specialist.
I know where you were :)
I wish I could get my wife a little interested in fishing, oh well at least the kids like it.

Glad you got out and picked up some fresh stripes to start the season off. I've got to get south soon, but wanted to get a bunch of yard work out of the way, so when the bigger ones come in :).

I went today, and got a couple more. A guy there said they got a few over 30" in the morning. I am heading back next weekend, or maybe South Cape beach if the blues are around. How bout a spring schoolie fling?
