View Full Version : Another one is hooked
MotoXcowboy 05-09-2006, 09:32 AM Took my girlfreind out shore fishin' to one of my favorite upper bay spots yesterday afternoon....
2 older "sharpie lookin" fellas were there and one told me he caught a bluefish right before we got there! (upper bay)
anyway here are some pictures of Sarah's first bass of the season..
thought yall would enjoy these (btw, I tought her everything she knows)
I'm still unhooking her catches but I was proud of her and this was the first time she actually held one!
shes catchin on..(actually out fished me  )
now she says she's ready for a 50! hah ha haah :laugha:
Striperhound 05-09-2006, 09:36 AM Are those special order korkers she is wearing? It is great bringing your better half fishing. :bounce:

ScottC 05-09-2006, 11:14 AM Very pretty girl, and if she fishes, she is a keeper!
Roger 05-09-2006, 11:20 AM Nice.
That's sort of how I started Karen off a couple years ago.
Last week she caught a bunch of bonefish, dorado, wahoo, sailfish and marlin.
Once they are hooked, they're hooked for good.
BTW, is that an engagement ring on her left hand?
MotoXcowboy 05-09-2006, 01:34 PM haha thanks guys..:kewl:
Yeah they're some kind of new female korkers..
Hey Roger, Yeah Karen showed me the pictures from your trip..I was very impressed!
Yup Sarah is hooked pretty good now too..:hihi:
And no its not an engagement ring..she wears that as a deterent..:spin:
you shoulda kept the one from jamestown with the premier parking
jk brotha, nice catch.
basswipe 05-09-2006, 02:10 PM Excellent!
My girl caught her first last year.My only regret was no photo.I got her her very own setup this past offseason and she got her second bass ever on it last week.
I enjoy fishing with my girlfriend but at the same time she encourages me to fish by myself and often as she knows this is how I relieve stress and this allows me to fish places she would never go.I AM lucky.
SolOmoN 05-09-2006, 02:34 PM nice fishes... I was at that spot a day or two befor and pretty stedy up to a week befor that, I must of picked up a small grocery bag of atom wrappers two days ago from some pretty irresponsible tourons. the place was pristine a week or two ago but all of a sudden as the tide worked later into the am this past week, theese idiot's decided to leave their trash and one skined short behind. at least the otter's got the benefit of a quick and easy meal.
sol...
