Is it possible? I think so! For the first time in as long as I have been fishing,I can honestly say this has been the worst april in my memory bank. We always had plenty of fish by the 18th or so.This year your lucky to grab one.

Granted the weather is to blame but,This is shaping up to be one terrible spring.I feel like I live in seattle! almost two weeks of rain,fog,drizzle...you name it!! yuck !! The cake topper has to be the relentless nor-east winds..I say enough already! Come on with the Sou-westers!!!!!!

After the second week of may I switch to night fishing and, a regular pattern of slingi'n those eels. So much for spring? This,so far. is truly the spring that wasn't!! I hope this isnt a sighn of things to come for the 2000 fishing season!
