Mother Nature put that Mama Bass in close proximity to my shad but let me tell you when she took off into the current, it was my knots, my line, my rod, my drag and a steady hand that brought her to the shore. So I would say 50/50. Be prepared my lads and always believe the next cast will bring the reward.
