Clammer 06-02-2006, 09:46 PM Karl / I wish you & your wife many years of goods times together :buds:
nightfighter 06-03-2006, 05:38 AM That is classic, but don't count on getting away with it again soon! (I should have been so lucky when I was married. Easy to remember when your divorced though, go figure.)
Maybe we need an anniversay reminder, similar to the birthday listings. Would pop up a week ahead. No need to lose any fishing time when you don't have to.
Swimmer 06-03-2006, 12:07 PM More important stuff to be considered after 27 together or 28 in my case. Without saying anymore than mentioning your health being more important than ......................well almost any date.
gone fishin 06-03-2006, 07:11 PM Karl - got my 50th coming up in Feb. I have to tell you this one. I am terrible at remembering dates, be they anniversary or birthday. When I had my 25th. (I thought it was my 25th - but it was my 24th!) I figured that 25 was a big milestone for us and went out and spent big time on some diamond jewelry that I knew she would love. When making the big presentation proudly proclaiming my love after 25 years she laughed and accepted the gift. She then informed me that it was 24 years and she expected MORE for the 25th. From that time on I keep a log and have my outlook calender remind me of dates!:bgi:
