Spent down time yesterday rigging rubber and sorting through all my chit for Cuttyhunk trip at end of month.
A couple of thoughts;
I have too much chit that hasn't been organized to utilize when conditions call
what do you think of using braid instead of dacron for rigging rubber/
The toothpick idea for stabilizing tailhook looks like the solution.
I need to get zap a gap to finish rigging
TV fishing shows have been lame.
Still haven't taken kayak out yet....
New rubber from Sponsors here (SA and SH) are rigged and staring at me.....torture. Rigged up GS stuff too.
Time to gear up for bigger fish.
Skinz Evo2 top saved my a$$ the past weeks.
I gots to get more organized. Surf vs Kayak vs boat

And;
I always seem to buy trebles too big.
Didn't by enough hooks to rig rubber.
I hate split rings, at least when replacing hooks.
I need to get proficient at tying my own bucktails....

you know times are tough when you set up your internal thoughts in a list and post it on S-B.... don't worry NF its going to get nice soon.... look at today for example :)

you could practice kayaking on your lawn and "visulalize" catching fish on the rainy day. the chop in manchester is non existent right now....hope you can get out today! We are heading out in 40 minutes 39 seconds..... 38 37 36..... but im not counting ;)

nightfighter---- I'm not a big fan of braid either for fishing or rigging slu-gos. Too tough to work with. Dacron is the best thing I've found.
