Why do I have to disable the email notification thing everytime. If I don't I get an email everytime every responds?

go user CP control panel

then from list on left: edit options: default mail notification

I changed your settings on the back end of the system. You had selected to receive an email whenever someone replied to a thread you were subscribed to... I shut that off :hee:
