MrHunters 07-06-2006, 03:31 PM how many do you have? do you have a dvd burner? you could go that route or you could buy an external hard drive. price range if none of the above is in your possesion? ThrowingTimber 07-06-2006, 03:47 PM dvd burner, then get a receiver that will play the dvd mp3's for your ride :uhuh: the radios go for like a buck forty. MrHunters 07-06-2006, 04:04 PM dvd burner, then get a receiver that will play the dvd mp3's for your ride :uhuh: the radios go for like a buck forty. doesnt itunes put some sort of wierd protection on their downloads? fishaholic18 07-06-2006, 04:18 PM I have a DVD burner that I never use, never took the time to figure it out. What discs do you use..+ or - ? MrHunters 07-06-2006, 04:25 PM shouldnt matter... most dvd burners these days unless its a few years old take both... most players now a days take both unless specified. there were rumors they were going to do away with the - but havent seen that yet. cheferson 07-06-2006, 05:06 PM i have about 23 gigs i need to back up, thats a lot of dvd's no? MrHunters 07-06-2006, 06:20 PM 23/4.7 is about 6 maybe 7 to be safe alot cheaper than a external hard drive but will take a few nights to do.. external hard drive push a button and go. also if you don't have a dvd burner you will have to install one... if cracking the pc case makes you nervous then external hard drive all the way. cheferson 07-06-2006, 06:25 PM Dont think i have a burner, what does a 40 gig external harddrive go for? MrHunters 07-06-2006, 06:49 PM tough to find a 40 gig these days unless you make one yourself but 200 gig and worry free for a long time cost about 160 bucks http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16822144054 the one touch back ups were made specifically for..............................back ups :) MrHunters 07-06-2006, 06:51 PM heres a 40 for 89 bucks but i wouldnt reccomend it... have had bad luck with Wester Digital plus its a slower drive which means longer time to read write. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16822144386 RIROCKHOUND 07-11-2006, 09:24 AM http://www.pcconnection.com/ProductDetail?Sku=6128136 good deal with the rebate OR http://www.staples.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/StaplesProductDisplay?prodCatType=1&storeId=10001&catalogId=10051&langId=-1&productId=110065&cmArea=SC3:CG18:DP2167:CL160403 I have one of these and love it, small and plenty of memory.
