Why is it that folks don't post their location in their profiles ? Are you afraid of getting stalked? Wouldn't it be easy if you knew that someone maybe in your town or the next one over. Just asking.

I put mine in there so if a person saw where i live they may want to go fishing with me. Raider Ronnie 07-13-2006, 06:10 PM My location is listed, but you need a gps or a chart to find me !!!:hidin: libassboy 07-13-2006, 07:17 PM Im usually following the bait..hence my location. JohnR 07-13-2006, 07:25 PM Location: Where you live? Where you fish? Where you want to live? Your state if mind? It's pretty flexible and not required to sign up. People can have some creative license with it. I'll trade you my location - Warwick for your location - Mattapoisett ;) "uffah!!" 07-13-2006, 07:57 PM BECAUSE THERE A BUNCH OF CANDY-ASSES!!! Rockport24 07-14-2006, 10:33 AM I think it's part of the overall "spot burning" phobia on this site. I agree that spots shouldn't be burned, but it is taken to an extreme on this site, so I think people shy away from even posting towns. That said, the guys on this site are very forthcoming with general fishing info and techniques, so it kind of makes up for it. The Dad Fisherman 07-14-2006, 11:00 AM You guys are MORE than welcome to fish for stripers anywhere you feel like in Georgetown. :D RIJIMMY 07-14-2006, 11:07 AM one word, privacy reelecstasy 07-14-2006, 11:17 AM Weymouth..... :hee: I just don't like to admit it :rollem: NRA4EVER 07-14-2006, 11:49 AM Acton MA. MrHunters 07-14-2006, 01:26 PM i hate telling people im from manchester by the sea because I know its a very chi chi town and there are a fare amount of snots here..(some nice people too) and for the record our 900/month apartment fits in just nicely with all the million dollar mansions nestled around us. that being said I have a beach right down the street, and there are no complaints about that. I do stick my pinky in up when I drink now for some reason :rotf2: "uffah!!" 07-14-2006, 01:36 PM i hate telling people im from manchester by the sea because I know its a very chi chi town and there are a fare amount of snots here..(some nice people too) and for the record our 900/month apartment fits in just nicely with all the million dollar mansions nestled around us. that being said I have a beach right down the street, and there are no complaints about that.
