Has anyone been fishing Barnstable harbor Sandy Neck.

I was down last weekend; tried lots of spots to no avail...
My buddy got a 18-20" fish @ Scorton's. We were throwing small jerkbaits on the turn of the incoming. Lots of work, not many fish.
The Fisherman says there are fish in the bay, though...
