BigFish 08-13-2006, 02:22 PM My very generous neighbor is a scuba diver......he often brings me some free lobster!:drool: Well he just brought over 11 lobsters and we already have dinner cooking! Question is what is the best way to keep them over night to have them tomorrow???? We'll polish them all off, then you won't have to worry about them.:laugha: :huh: Just leave them in the crisper drawer in the fridge overnight with moist newspaper or paper towels. We always just keep them in the frigerator, make sure they have the rubber bands on so they can't get your hands, but fridge will be fine as long as your not going to save them for long periods of time. He would bring home maybe 7 lobsters each dive, and we ate maybe 1-2 per-night.
