Looking for suggestions for a handheld vhf for the kayak, waterproof etc...anyone have any recommendations, or ones to keep clear of

I have an Icom handheld radio and it's built like a tank. One of the best radios out there . You can't go wrong with an Icom. Just my experience with the radio. FishHawk

Standard Horizon Hx471s. Check it out online, it's by far the best one I have used.
