I'm dosing C every morning.The doc has me on Valtrex 3 times a day for the next week.Also adding some fresh fruits and veggies to the diet.
The funny thing is I went on vacation from Fri. till Tues.I apparantly didn't relax enough Sunday at the race because I woke up at 2am Monday feeling like crap with a rash on my stomach.I guess really relax.

It really makes for a long day at work.I'm so wiped out right now.

I'm just about cleared up.One more day of the Valtrex.I'll be glad when I'm done with it as it does not agree with my stomach.
