Location: Squantum Beach. Was park on shore with anchor wrapped around a pole. All that was left was the seat, anchor and the rope that is still tied to the pole. The rubber boat is about 7 feet long, white with a Yamaha motor. If anyone seen this boat floating in the harbor or on shore somewhere please respond to this listing or call Robbert at 617-869-7588. There will be a nice reward for finding this boat. thank you!

Not sure if it was stolen or the winds from Tuesday night did the trick. It is my friend's boat and I personally seen him tied it up. No way the wind can unknot the rope then removed the plank (seat) and float the boat out into the ocean. It is possible, but I doubt it. Hopefully someone saw something and call the number, my friend will offer him/her a nice reward.

A police report was file with the Quincy PD, Environmental Police and Coast guard regarding the missing boat on 9-21-06. Well, after weeks of nothing we finally got a called from the Quincy PD, indicated that someone turn in the boat on 10-2-06 at 10 AM. Well, here is the story, apparently, this "Good person" (Teenager) "found" the boat floating on Squantum Beach and decided he should take it home for safe keeping. After two weeks of using the boat, he decided to turn it in to Quincy PD. Well, according to Quincy PD, if the boat goes unclaim after 30 days, it will be his. Sounds fishie to me, I think his parent may have turn him around and made him give it back and check this out, the gas tank was top off. hm... Sounds more like he can not live with his conscience to me.. :smash: Either way, we got the boat back and yes, we gave him a $200.00 reward (The parent anyway, it was the parent that turn in the boat) hm..hm... The boat will now be insure and also register. The owner is estatic... He was going to buy another one this week... :btu: :rotf2:
