So what are you going to do when you win it,

I don't want a boat so I would sell it and pay my credit card bills
and go on a fishing trip to Alaska

Buying a less expensive bigger, even older boat, so I can get out where I want to go.

Bob,

No sweat, just give it to me ... I'd be happy to take you out once and awhile as long as you pitch in for the gas ... :laugha:

The down side of winning the boat are the taxes. Many years ago. I won the Brown Trout division of the ESLO derby on Lake Ontario and won a fully rigged boat. Sold the boat and paid a bunch in taxes.

As the happy owner of a 180, I would see if GW would take the new one and my old one in trade for the 257 (25' cc).

Actually the 18 Grady is probably the most fuel efficient design hull in that class and is a very well built boat. If I was ever that lucky to win her she wouold proudly be parked next to Frank's boat in my yard. But that will never happen so who ever wins gets a damm good boat. Perfect Elizabeth Islands plug pitching paltform.

Not a S-B'er - though we were well represented :pop:

Still waiting to find the final ranking for us but we fell out of the top 5

Kudos to Newport and RISAA kicking some ass too
