I met up with Christian today and we kicked striped basses ass
in the hours we fished together there were 200 fish landed I stopped to get a shot of one of the bigger ones.

I was late getting home all of a sudden it was 3:30 and I was supposed to drive my daughter to work opps

Looks like a Gibbs Pro Series pencil popper in Pogie. Nice job guys I am jealous. I am home sick as a dog last two days wish I felt better to get out.

Fall schoolie fishing , what a ball. I love to do it with surface plugs , preferably poppers.

Congrats on the fish. He sure looks happy and satisfied.

its a gibbs pro. caught probly 500 fish on that in the past week. thats the 3rd new set of trebs ive put on it.

ps. if you see that slick in the background, thats running the length of the beach....those are all fish. if you stand on top of your car all you see is a wall.

Gibbs Pro series are great fish catchers especially that Pogie color, got a bunch of those and as a matter of fact got one rigged on the Lommis right now. It swims great and does just what a Pencil Popper should, no splits or anything like that. The pogie color does rule.
