Fish On 10-31-2006, 08:06 PM Looks like he's having fun, but it's gonna be a heck of a job to dig that boat out of the ground when he''s ready to use it for real.
gf2020 10-31-2006, 08:46 PM Enough with the boat, better hand that kid a rake! ;)
thefishingfreak 10-31-2006, 09:56 PM a rake? nahh we got none of those.
that will be taken care of next spring with the first mow of the year. whell maybe late,,,, late,,, spring. like after the herring run late spring. whell maybe early summer..
i HATE yard work:af:
i was forced into yard work slavery as a child.:lasso::mad:
outnumbered 11-02-2006, 07:09 PM Heck stick a Briggs and Stratton under that with 4 wheels and a cutting deck let him go to town. Make a heck of a riding lawnmower.
Raven 11-02-2006, 08:03 PM never rake leaves...
they have all the minerals the soil needs
much better to run them over with a mulching lawnmower
and feed them to the worms ...then they feed the tree again.
if they are oak leaves then use a blower
oak leaves inhibit grass from growing because of
the tannic acid in them... which stains cement.
thefishingfreak 11-02-2006, 08:07 PM this is my section of the planet, and i'll groom it anyway i want.:hee:

Raven 11-02-2006, 08:31 PM i'll never forget....the one night
all us kiddo's sitting at the dinner table
all with full glasses of milk sitting in front of us
and my mother was sitting there lookin all pissy
seemingly waiting for something to happen...
eventually we all noticed the look in her eye's
and we were all thinkin.....uh oh we're all in trouble.
finally... when she knew that she had our undivided attention
she purposely knocks over her glass of milk flooding the table
with a big lake of milk....proclaiming!
I'll be spilling the milk tonight!!! :realmad:
we were all much more careful after that. :uhoh:
