Thats what I'm having for lunch.

A Jamaican Guy in the warehouse asked me for a head so I gave him one last week. He brought me in a big Bowl of Fish Head Soup....The stuff rocks......He'll be getting more Heads in the future as long as he keeps supplying me with the Soup.

I gave a fish to some Phillipino neighbors, and they brought over some fish soup for me, tasty, cooked in tamarind broth... yum

they also made some ceviche type dish very hot with pepper... yum

yummy! Asians have a whole different approach to cooking their fish. Always in a soup/stew with homemade noodles.
