Specifically Matt Laptaw (I suck at spelling) who free dives with bass. It was a real page turner written by a good fisherman. JohnR 11-01-2006, 06:10 PM It is good and it is an interesting read. It doesn't dig at me like Surfcaster's Quest (less the anti-eel mentality), Striper Chronicles (just well written), and Bob Post's Reading The Water - three of my favorites. Skitterpop 11-01-2006, 06:18 PM good book eelman 11-01-2006, 06:58 PM The only book worse than that one is "Secrets of Surf Fishing at night" By William Muller that came out in 1993..That was a joke if I ever saw one......... tynan19 11-01-2006, 08:06 PM Pick it up, good book.
