Not sure of Blank #. I had 1 inch cut from the top to increase it's range. Handles up to 2.5 oz comfortably. Rod is perfect for 1 to 2 oz. pencil poppers. I'm selling this because it didn't get use this season. I realized I'm a graphite kind of guy. Wrapped by CMS in New Bedford. Only used it once. Rod is in mint condition Here's a couple pics. I'll see if I can get a better one.

Handle is 19-20" from the bottom of the seat. Also has red head mermaid decal for those lonely nights in the surf. :drool:
