Needs repair, the shaft does not go up and down. I am not the best at fixing reels so I am not sure what is wrong with it. Asking 70$ plus 10$ if it needs to be shipped.

Seriously, it may just be the main gear. You could send it in to Penn for repair or pick one up online and replace. They run about $10.

If it does not sell I will check out the main gear. thanks
