Anybody running braid on a 140 squidder ? Would really like to set a 980 up with 65# braid for jigging .. Not sure how it would work out . ..

Eddie, I run 65#PP on one of my 140s and 50# PP on the other. Works out good for me, those are my bait outfits. The one with 65# is a new style, the other is a red air-brake model.
