when i went to nursery school i was a hellion
always was and always will be...

well those sons a beotches ripped me off
for my teddy bear.... my favorite thing of all.

One night....when i was in the third grade (now)
i had the most vivid dream i could ever remember.

it was so real...that i could not imagine it to "be"
only a dream.... i was sure it wasn't but i needed proof.

i had dreamed ...that i was walking thru dark corridors
of the school ....there were no lights on....just moonlight.
i dreamed that i was called by my teddy bear to rescue him.

you can laugh now...but it gets better...
and im being as serious as a heart attack...

i dreamed.....that...
i went into the nursery school room attached to the
elementary school and went into the toy room.
sitting on the shelf was my long lost teddy bear
with a yellow jack in the box cube beside him
on one side...and a minature doggy on the other.

the very next day....

when i was getting ready for school
with books home work and all that...

i started thinking of it and it drove me insane.

i had to "know" if i really had done it.

it was all i could think of....

then i realized...if it were true....then
all this education was imaterial and of no consequence

i got up and left the room without permission..
i didnt care.... i had to know....if it was real

i walked over to the other side of the building
to the nursery school room and walked in
never saying a word....the teacher giving me
a strange look....

i said...or thought....if i was actually here!
last night! it will be exactly as i saw it...

i looked straight down to the floor
and walked half way in and
slowly looked up.... kinda spooked now...

and there it was....exactly as i saw it
with a yellow jack in the box next to it
and a little doggy on the other side.

i stuffed it in my shirt and
smuggled it to my locker
without anyone knowing.

that day....i realized i had done it....
