In a DOS box at shutdown or startup. or a msgbox?

Do you have any startup or shutdown scripts associated with your login ID?
How about apps in your startup group?
Is there any m.exe or M as a service running but is masked by DLLHOST.EXE in taskmgr?

its in a message box at shut down , not in a dos box...

the last item on the screen when i go to reboot

just says -m running in the background is not responding.. ect

i've thouroughly searched all *.exe's files
and havent seen anything suspicious.

perhaps it's not important.... :read:
