I got tired of waiting for the cpu guys hosting my site to come up with the right script for an order form. Even something you could print out was taking for ever, clearly a side project for these guys. Anyway the one I had done in Excel looked good, but had to play around with it extensively, to finally use the HTML convert function and get it down to one page.

I'd appreciate it if John and a couple guys could open it and see how it prints out. It's crude but I think it will work until I find another alternative. Let me know if it (a) prints out on one page and (b) is clear enough to use, thanks.
