they got cheap stuff but for something like that it works. I bought 5 good metal one's from mcmaster last year Don they're even better and will last forever.

not cheep but very rugged, get the adjustable one it's worth the price diff, I got some of both.

I use a bar stool that I got on the cheap from Lowes. I've had it for at least 5 years and it's held up.
