Makes me wonder, tho. C-4 is not exactly something you can buy on the street corner (you could make it at home). The press might be erroneous, in that rdx (the active ingredient in composition c-4), a widely available explosive, was the boom-boom juice of choice.

Ramsee Yosef, the first world trade center mastermind, actually had a decoy at the airport that was meant to get caught in order take suspicion and attention away from Ramsee himself. That is how he made it into the United States. Diversionary tactics have been used here before. But you never know.
