Well from what I remember he does spot welding and such. This guy has a site and from last I remember lived in new england states. He did incredible work making Fluke, Bluefish, Stripers, Crab, Lobster all with unreal realizim.
I read about him in a magazine this summer cant find it, figure Id ask here and see if someone has seen this type of person at a show or in your state of Magizine..
Im sure someone has seen this artist hes won awards for his work.

i have seen some metal fish in a shop on marthas vineyard, mostly flat tin with torch cuts. couldn't tell you the name of the shop other than it was in oak bluffs.
