Did you sell the home by owner or was it through an agent? I amy have a few questions for you later.
Thanks,
Dave
Dave the fact of the matter was,we (my Wife) found a house online she (we)fell in love w/ it.So we looked @ it,told the realtor that we need to sell ours to buy this one,She said it shouldn't be a problem, soooo we place a bid on the new one played $$ tennis for a bit & reached an agreement.
Now here's the thing, the agent has the option to kill 2 birds w/ one stone which is a good flame under there ass to hustle:lasso:
I think that the condition of our house & the extreem motivation & talent of our agent we were able to pull it off in the time that we did, well were not out of the wood jest yet we still need our place inspected by the new home owners & sign the P&S.

relentless 02-01-2007, 06:31 AM We are in a little different boat, we are having a home built in Plymouth and everything is contingent on the sale of this home. Realtor just got back from vacation and ready to work but.. I just want to make sure she is taking into account all of the work and new items we have here and she just does not compare to mcuh older homes in area with same sq ft.
I wish you the best of luck and have a great day
Dave
gf2020 02-01-2007, 02:04 PM Good luck relentless, I think 5/0's situation is defintely the exception in this market.
My wife and I finally sold our house in Newbury, MA in December after 18 months on the market. It finally sold for $112,000 less than our original asking price in 1995. We switched realtors during the process but I'm not sure it really made a difference.
Our house just happened to hit the market exactly at the point the market turned down in the Greater Newburyport area and it just sat. After carrying 2 houses for 14 months we ended up giving it away. I hope you have better luck.

I'm having a problem w/ PM's (maybe the S-B web site)But thank you for the offer but my Wife & I are more than Happy & grateful with Margie's attitude prompt & professional performance.
So were going to stay w/ what we have not to mention,Re/Max should have more agents of her caliber.
Best regards
Bob Rowean AKA 5/0
