Just wanted to say hi to all and express my appreciation for boards like these. Anyone from Coneecticut that can point me in the right direction of some area hot spots come spring run. I have heard the mouth of certain rivers and state parks (Harkness). Any advice would be appreciated. BTW I spend most of my fly time in RI (friend has a house there) and in Costa Rica (wife's family's from there); I have not fished the CT. shoreline with the long wand ( just finished building my z-axis 9wt) and would appreciate any input.
Thanks Again,
Joe

Stop by at the Conn. Surfcasters meeting. We happen to be meeting tommorow night, with guest speaker Tony Stetsko. Around 7:00 PM. We meet at the Surf Club in Madison.
We usually meet the first wed. of the month, this month is a little different for the speaker.
We have alot of fly guys and for someone thats new its a great place to meet folks and find some buds to fish with.

Great bunch of fanatics!
