I applaud them for stepping forward and doing this.

Not interested in starting the global warming argument...

BUT I'm curious what OTHER people would like to see in a nationwide energy plan...I believe this is coming sooner than later.

I'll start... I'd like to see office building be MANDATORY lights out or sensored lights.

I'd like to see traffic lights be MANDATORY sensored so you don't have to drive up to one at 4 in the morning and have it change in front of you to red and sit for 2 minutes idling while it turns back.

I'd like to see mandatory energy plans nationwide...For example...Mass Save type of energy audit plans that would be mandatory once per year...and a penalty for not doing it. Like a higher tax bracket or a large fine.

These are ideas I'd like to present to my local congressman.

WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO SEE?

More CF light bulbs mandatory in applicable settings.
